K Jet Is In Flight!!! Listen For Your Cue To Call 250-763-K963(5963)
K JET CONTEST RULES
1. To enter the “K Jet ” contest, you must be caller # 9 to 250-763-K963 when you hear the sound of the K Jet. The K Jet sound will be played on-air on K 963 randomly each week day between 5:30 am and 6 pm. The K Jet, Phase 4, starts on-air on Monday,February 22nd 2010 and concludes with a winner announcement at 8:40 am on Friday April 23rd 2010.
2. This contest is open to residents of British Columbia and must be 19 years of age or older. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of K963 are ineligible to win.
3. There is one prize of return airfare for two from Kelowna to the winner’s concert destination, concert tickets for two and one thousand dollars for accommodation and other incidental expenses. K 963 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, cancel, close, suspend or reinstate the K Jet contest at any time and for any reason whatsoever. K 963 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or substitute any component of the prize for its cash value or a prize of approximately the same value. By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the radio station. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice and likeness in any advertising or promotion without compensation.
4. In order to be declared a winner by the Contest judges, a potential winner must:
· Be in compliance with these contest rules.
· Complete, sign and return a declaration and release prepared by K 963 along with correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question.
· Winner is responsible for all travel documentation (passports etc.)
5. In the event that the winner of the K JET cannot take a trip on the specific dates that have been announced to them and on-air, a cash alternative of $5000. will be offered.
6. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia.
